This project was a “free” project, meaning: students could work on whatever they wanted. It was paramount for us to work on experimental projects and focus on the process instead of some nice and shiny result (and yet our results are nice and shiny). To give our debate some coherence and our process some structure we gave ourselves a framework of collective activities:
We started the term with 3 assignments on the topic of physical communication:
A workshop in physical computing gave everybody a basic understanding of how to employ electronics in communication.
And in order to widen our horizons we traveled together to Berlin and London.
